Ann subsequently moved to Texas and in 1983 began attending the University of Texas School of Law. Ann received her J.D., with Honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in December 1986.

In the spring of 1987, Ann began practicing law with the law firm of Saccomanno & Clegg, L.L.P. After ten years, Ann left the practice of law to work in business for a time. She returned to the practice of law part time in 2005 as a self-employed, independent contractor. Ann’s primary client was The Law Offices of Jay H. Dushkin and in 2009 Ann became formally associated with that firm.

Ann is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Legal Experience, Current Practice:

Ann’s skills at legal research and writing were well utilized at Saccomanno & Clegg where she was involved for ten years in all aspects of complex business litigation support at the trial and appellate court levels. When Ann returned to the practice of law after a hiatus of some years, she jumped at the opportunity to work with Jay Dushkin, with whom she had worked previously at Saccomanno & Clegg. Ann supports Jay’s mission of providing valuable legal services to the firm’s clients and appreciates the opportunity to practice law with integrity and true concern for clients’ needs.
