Dushkin are experienced in representing judgment creditors and collecting judgments in the State of Texas.  Our practice experience includes collection of Texas judgments, federal judgments, and the collection of sister-state judgments (judgment issued in another state) under the Texas Uniform Enforcement of Foregn Judgments Act (UEFJA).  With certain exceptions, our practice is limited to the collection of judgments of $10,000 or more.
