Education & Background:
Ann Vienot Grandich received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980. Ann later moved to Texas and received her J.D., with Honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in December 1986.
Legal Experience:
Ann began practicing law in 1987 with the law firm of Saccomanno & Clegg, L.L.P. Ann’s skills at legal research and writing were well utilized at Saccomanno & Clegg where she was involved in all aspects of complex business litigation support at the trial and appellate court levels. After ten years, Ann left the practice of law to work in business. When Ann returned to the practice of law in 2005, she welcomed the opportunity to work with Jay Dushkin, with whom she had worked previously at Saccomanno & Clegg.
Ann is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Current Practice:
Ann currently practices primarily in the areas of commercial collections and creditor’s rights, collection of judgments, commercial litigation support, general business law, business disputes, business transactions, contract law, employment law, real estate and banking.
